If you are unsatisfied with your product the first thing to do is call us on 01604 632 077 so we can discuss the reason for your return.
We will not accept any returns unless authorised with a member of staff and you must have a valid returns number. We do not accept any returned items without an RA (Returns Authorisation number), this will be given when you call us on the number above. Returns when authorised are at the cost of the individual and may be subject to surcharge.
Please take care when placing an order, and ensure you are ordering the correct items as we can not be responsible for incorrect items being ordered. If you're unsure about an item, give us call! We are only a telephone call away for advice.
In the case of warranted goods a valid receipt must be produced at all times. We cannot accept any goods for repair or replacement without a valid BW Drum Shop receipt which you receive when ordering your goods. The repair or replacement of goods will be at the discretion of BW Drum Shop. We are here to help please feel free to call.
We are not required to refund a customer if they:
- knew an item was faulty when they bought it
- have had the item for 14 days or more, and the item does not have a manufactured fault and not the covered by manufactures warranty.
- damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though they may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund)
- no longer want an item (eg because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless they bought it without seeing it
